Introduction

Welcome to Elite Etiquette of South Los Angeles (“Elite Etiquette,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Policies, Terms, and Participation Agreement govern all programs, classes, workshops, and services provided.

By enrolling a minor or participating in our services, you (“Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following terms on behalf of yourself and your child.

 

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the personal information of all families we serve.

We may collect the following information:
• Parent/Guardian name and contact information
• Student name and age
• Email address and phone number
• Payment and registration details

This information is used solely for:
• Class registration and scheduling
• Communication and updates
• Program delivery and customer service

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is only shared with trusted third-party providers (such as payment processors) when necessary.

While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data, no system is completely secure. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

 

Enrollment & Participation (Minors)

All students are expected to:
• Demonstrate respectful behavior
• Follow instructor guidance
• Contribute to a positive learning environment

Parents/Guardians acknowledge that:
• Programs are designed for educational and personal development purposes
• Results depend on the student’s willingness to apply what is taught

Elite Etiquette reserves the right to remove a student from a session if behavior is disruptive, with no refund.

 

Payments & No Refund Policy

• All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise stated
• All sales are final
• No refunds will be issued

If a student is unable to attend, a rescheduled session may be offered, subject to availability

 

Scheduling & Changes

We reserve the right to:
• Adjust class schedules
• Reschedule sessions
• Modify program structure if necessary

Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

Photo & Media Release

By enrolling your child, you grant Elite Etiquette of South Los Angeles permission to:
• Photograph, record, or film students during classes and events
• Use these images/videos for:
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Website and social media content
• Educational and business purposes

No compensation will be provided for such use.
If you do not consent, you must submit a written request prior to the start of the program.

 

Intellectual Property

All materials provided—including:
• Curriculum
• Worksheets
• Presentations

Teaching methods are the exclusive property of Elite Etiquette of South Los Angeles. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

Disclaimer (No Guarantee of Outcomes)

Elite Etiquette of South Los Angeles provides instruction designed to enhance:
• Social awareness
• Confidence
• Communication skills
• Personal development

However:
• We do not guarantee behavioral change or specific outcomes
• Implementation of learned skills is the responsibility of the student and parent

Participation does not ensure mastery or application of etiquette principles.

 

Limitation of Liability

Elite Etiquette of South Los Angeles shall not be held liable for:
• Individual actions or decisions made by students
• Outcomes resulting from participation
• Indirect or incidental damages

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

 

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that:
• You are the legal parent or guardian of the enrolled minor
• You have read and understand this agreement
• You agree to all terms and conditions outlined above
